2. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    Estimated delivery within 3โ€“7 business days depending on the location.

  • International Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 7โ€“21 business days, subject to customs clearance and destination country regulations.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on qualifying orders.


4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email and/or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order using the link provided or by contacting our support team.


5. Packaging

  • All items are securely packed using high-quality, eco-friendly materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • Fragile products like idols and handicrafts are double-packed and cushioned for extra protection.


6. International Shipping & Customs

  • We offer worldwide shipping with real-time tracking.

  • Import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer as per their countryโ€™s regulations.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct to avoid delays or lost packages.


7. Delivery Issues

  • If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will initiate a resolution process that may include replacement, refund, or re-shipping, depending on the situation.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the buyer will be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping charges (if applicable)

  • Any return costs incurred
