Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Success Mantras, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at rb@thesuccessmantraas.com or call us at +91 9717424223.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.


2. Return Policy

We offer 7-day hassle-free returns for the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Note: Products such as idols, pooja items, and personalized products are not eligible for returns unless damaged during transit.

To initiate a return, email us at om@thesuccessmantraas.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will coordinate a pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the shipping charges (if any) will be refunded along with the product cost if the fault lies on our side.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and issue.

  • We will ship the replacement item once the original is received and inspected.


5. International Orders

  • We ship worldwide with secure and trackable delivery.

  • Due to customs regulations, international orders are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged.

  • Import duties or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.


6. Packaging and Condition

All returned products must be:

  • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Not used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Products not meeting the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
